By accessing or using BizBroker+ (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Accounts are for an individual or the business entity you are authorized to represent. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

3. Acceptable use

You may not scrape or harvest data, attempt to bypass confidentiality or NDA gating, upload malicious code, misrepresent your identity or authority, harass other members, or post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

We may suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these terms.

4. Listings and member content

Listings, documents, messages, community posts, and other content are supplied by members. Members are solely responsible for the content they submit and for holding the rights and authority to publish it.

Business names and other sensitive details may be gated behind a non-disclosure agreement. Information received through a confidentiality gate may be used only to evaluate a potential transaction.

We may remove or restrict any content that violates these terms or applicable law.

5. No brokerage, legal, tax, or financial advice

Valuations, cash-offer estimates, calculators, checklists, and document templates are provided for general informational purposes only. They are estimates and starting points, not appraisals, offers, or professional advice.

Consult a qualified attorney, accountant, lender, or licensed broker before acting on any information from the Platform.

6. Third parties and professionals

The Platform helps you find brokers, lenders, attorneys, and other professionals. We do not employ, supervise, or guarantee the services of any professional listed on the Platform, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter with them.

7. Fees and subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time fee. Pricing, billing frequency, and included features are shown at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by BizBroker+ and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Platform.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings, financial figures, or member statements are accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizBroker+ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits arising from your use of the Platform.
